    I just spent the last two hours setting up the grinder, grinding dried figs and raisins and then cleaning the grinder up.

    Only ground about 85 pounds of figs and raisins for the St. Joseph Altar fig cookies this year. I say "only" because in the past I have ground over 350 pounds of figs and raisins for fig cookies.

    Love figs. My grand partets had quite a few trees so Fresh. Dried and Preserved
    I would have eat a pound doing that lol

    I want figs but the only place I know was Whole Foods
    Guess I will just grab Dates
