    Along with olives, I like cheese. This particular cheese is halloumi and I’ve had a hard time tracking it down but I did find some.

    If you’ve ever been to a Greek/lebonese restaurant you may have had this before.

    I sliced a few pieces up to cook for me and my wife.

    Put a little olive oil in the pan and got it going on medium heat.

    After I took out the cheese I put a bit of garlic in the pan with more olive oil and browned it just a bit. The dipping sauce can have black olives and cherry tomatoes added to the pan and just warm them up good but I didn’t have any.

    It was some pretty good stuff and I didn’t have to leave the house to get it.

    Was your wife in the kitchen when you were doing this? I was just wondering if you cut the cheese in front of her? LOL..........
