We're celebrating my son-in-law's birthday today and he requested something grilled sooo...........
I butterflied about half of a pork loin , seasoned it added fresh spinach leaves, pepperjack cheese and boudin. Rolled it back together, tied it up and rubbed it down with some honey then seasoned the outside. It's sitting in the fridge setting to firm up a bit and then on the Traeger it will go.
Now I need to get the jalapeno peppers sliced, stuffed and wrapped with bacon for the ABTs.
