    This was a great match with some excellent scores. We had an almost clean Offhand (99-2X Dwayne), 2 cleans in Rapid Prone (Gary and Karl) and a clean Slow Prone (John), who also won the match.

    Palo Alto is hosting a match this next weekend:
    Next month the monthly NRA approved High Power match is 16 March. The next day Sunday the 17th there will be a Civilian Marksmanship Program Excellence in Competition LEG match. This will be the National Match course of fire, 50 shots with no sighting shots. You can pre-register for both the 16th and the 17th. The LEG match fee is $25.00. (The CMP increased by $5.00 the reporting amount over last year.)
    The match fee for the 16 March NRA Approved monthly High Power match is $12.00 for members of Palo Alto, $15.00 for non-club members and $5.00 for junior competitors. As mentioned above the entry fee for the LEG match is $25.00. Pre-registration is preferred but not required. Walk-ons the day of either match will be welcomed. Registration for the Saturday 16 March match will be from 0700 to 0730. If you are running late call me and I'll do my best to accommodate. Registration for the 17 March LEG match will be from 0700 to 0800. Triggers will be weighed.
