You open carry an IWB holster? I'm only asking to be sure, I've heard of it before and even heard a story once where a guy did this and ended up in a robbery but he then covered his gun when it initially started only to pull it later as a "surprise attack". Problem was he didn't have a concealed permit and hence was illegally concealed carrying for the time being. I'm not sure what happened to the guy but someone said he got arrested as nothing in the law says you can commit a crime to prevent a crime. Everyone thinks they are smart until they aren't but I'm sure the guy got a slap on the wrist I don't think he shot anyone though the robbers supposedly got or ran away. Probably just one of those old instructor stories we tell while teaching chp studentsI open carry daily. IWB Kydex holster with a Walther PPS. I keep it where, ANY officer can approach me and see that its there, but still very low key, where most people/sheep who don't pay attention to their surroundings would never notice it. I've never had a problem. Alot of my regular customers at work are LEO and even they have said, they way I keep it is good. not a blinding light of obvious, but still noticeable by the people that matter.
