I bought a really expensive piece of meat, and it’s frozen. I need to find a way to cut it into steaks. Wife says I cannot thaw Bc then I have to eat it.

At the price I paid, I'm trying my best not to lose quality.... I called the local butcher and they won't cut outside meat...

You can pick up a hand meat saw fairly cheap at Bass Pro, Cabelas or a restaurant supply store.

That’s some really nice looking waygu!

I would contact the place you ordered it from for help. If no results there, possibly a restaurant that serves it and ask to see how they do it.

Something you could try if you can’t get a solid answer from someone. Place it in the fridge and as soon as you are able to push on it and feel that’s it’s slightly thawing, unwrap it and slice off what you want with a sharp chiefs knife, repack the rest and throw it back in the freezer asap.
