There is a learning curve to get used to them.
They need some light to work.
Moon light is good. They come with lights that emmiters ( I don't remember the type) they are weak. I have bought one yet but they sell a much more powerful light emitter.
They also record the shot. These are day & night vision scopes.

Yes I was strongly considering this model. I was just slightly hesitant because it is THE cheapest NV scope available by ALOT and seems to be crammed with features like "wifi" and recording as you said, made me highly skeptical. Do you think they would work for pig hunting, accuracy and durability wise?

Will do! Thanks for the advice! Another +1 for green light mounted on rifle.

Ok piggybacking on here for the light guys:
How much light (lumen) for how many yards?
    Green light or green filter?
Gun mounted or some other arrangement?
Specific features you would want on a light/why?

150 lum. I don't like filters.. still has to much of a white lite.. I can see well over 150 yards without scope and even further looking through scope

Sweet I hadn’t considered white. Why wouldn’t spook hogs and yotes though? Because it’s LED?

    I have one of these

but because it’s white I had never considered it for night quadruped control.

Gotcha misunderstood. I’ll practice my reading comprehension for next time.
