    I had a 5.5 lb turkey breast to cook yesterday so I seasoned it with dry rub and put it on the Traeger to roast. About the last 15 minutes I added a sweet/heat pepper glaze.

    This turkey breast came out fantastic! Tender and juicy with a spicy kick.

    I made some mashed potatoes and opened a can of petite peas and it was a pretty darn good meal!!!
