    I asked my buddy today about his tractor he bought in Miss. He's from LA and he said he paid some kind of Ag tax in MS and he got a bill of sale

    Yeah Charlie, I’ve bought 2 new tractors from dealers over the years and got no title because tractors are farm equipment, don’t have registrations or license plates and the sales tax is less than that on a car percentage wise.
