Glad to join this forum. Folks call me Cappy cause I was a tug boat captain. Born and raised in South Louisianan and lived here my whole 60+ year life. I am not an avid shootist but an all around country boy. I look forwards to reading your stuff and hope to be able to contribute or maybe offer some ole man advice.

Thanks again yall. Soon as all this rain clears up I plan to head over to the local range and fire a few shots from my ole Winchester, and play with the wife's 22 I just put a scope on it for her and now need to see how she shoots.

Thanks, I was born in ST. Landry parish grew up in the swamp a lil north of Henderson I have been in St. James Parish for 30 years now so I guess I am local here now.
