I had either boneless/skinless chicken thighs or a pork loin to cook today. This morning I decided to do Chicken Shawarma for this evening but I added some slices of pork loin to the marinade. It came out fantastic!!! Almost more tender than the chicken.

Hummus..... Instead of pita bread I picked up Naan brad which worked just fine.

The meats were cooked on the Keg.

Chicken on the right and pork on the left. I'll definitely be doing Pork Shawarma again.

Looks like a full plate and it was but it was sooooo....... darn good! Homemade rice pilaf, salad with a Greek vinaigrette, garlic yogurt sauce, pine nut hummus and the pork and chicken Shawarma.
