Some of this story was on channel 6, NBC national news tonight. A young man was born in Afghanistan when music was illegal and the Taliban could arrest and kill you for having an instrument. He dreamed of becoming a concert pianist. He owes the fulfillment of that dream, he says, to American troops. The story by Ben Murray with the Military Times, though not every piece of the story, is a good synopsis.

The young man is extremely grateful for the efforts and sacrifices of the American military who saved him and his country. With all of the mud, it is nice to see something like this.
