The other day I picked up a loaf of Thick Sliced Brioche bread in anticipation of making French toast this morning.
You know how it is when you get a new toy...... not that I needed it as an excuse to make French toast. I used to like using Texas Toast sliced bread for this(Actually a day or two old French bread works best)but I really like this thick sliced brioche.

I let the Blackstone heat up on low for about 10 minutes while I prepped the wash and it was ready to cook.

The amount you can cook at once and faster makes this easy.

I also threw a couple of eggs on for the wife. You can literally turned the gas off and cook egg with the residual heat of the griddle.
