    Trust for fire arms

Is it ok to place all your fire arms in a trust that would be title 1 only as with class 3 which is different?

Voting is the responsibility of a citizen, even if voting may not necessarily be obligatory. To not vote seems to me to be an abrogation of one's responsibility as a citizen, regardless of one's politics.

I am an attorney of 24+ years, prepare NFA gun trusts, wills, and am an FFL/SOT - feel free to call the office to discuss pros and cons of using NFA trust for non-NFA items vs. including them in your will.
