Ok just for argument sake let’s say the trend of .9degrees per 33 years continues. In 1,000 years (I won’t be here nor will anyone I know) the temperature average would have increased 27 degrees.

Plus if it's actually a problem in 1000 years, we will likely have technology to fix it.

Dan Pena knows what he’s talking about and his points are valid. Those bankers aren’t rolling the dice with their loans. They hedge their money with certainties and high probability heuristics to the nth degree. If you think Bill Nye the science guy, who isn’t even a scientist is more credible than Dan Pena, you’re deluding yourself. Pena is connected to people who KNOW what to expect because their fortunes hinge on it.

Anthropogenic global warming is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated by the mainstream media. They’ve hired pseudo intelligent shills and promoted disinformation for decades to promote the narrative.

If you want to see a real grass roots anti-consensus climate researcher in action, look up an Aussie by the handle of frolly1000 on YouTube. The totality of his compiled data and research is a bunker buster bomb for the likes of socialist funded charlatans like Michael Mann and his gerrymandered hockey stick graph.

The problem is that you don't know if it's a hoax or not. You just don't believe it because there are some people who are liars representing the other side.
And we won’t know this side of eternity. But I can tell you this the amount of greenhouse gases emitted into the atmosphere from non-synthetic sources (natural world) far exceed human activity.

Take a look at what this continent looked like during the Paleolithic era. North America was covered in ice. Alaska and Russia were connected by land, then global warming took place. During the Pleistocene there were tons of species of Megafauna that died out. Early archeological theory was the Clovis people (early Americans possibly the first) killed them all off, but modern archeologist now point to a change in the environment.

See there is this self hate that stems back over 100 years in the scientific community. If there is something wrong in the world surely man caused it.

One other thought to leave you with. The other planets in our solar system have gravity (that’s just a universal fact) there have been studies done looking into the effect the gas giants pull on earth that alters its orbit. Saturn has a 29 year orbit and Jupiter had a 12 year orbit. If NASA had published a study on that you best believe I would be all ears.

See I have actually given my position a lot of thought.

Would it help for everyone to leave the front door open and air-condition the neighborhood?
Maybe it is my dads' fault as he always yelled at us not to.

No. What you should do is install ac ductwork from your house over to 4 of your closest neighbors. You would help reduce global warming that way AND would be a poster boy for how socialism’s going to work when Bernie gets elected. It’d be a win win.

What I'm saying is that you should objectively look at information and not let the fact that "self hating scientists" are promoting it, keep us from evaluation.

I agree that the planet goes through it's own cycles. My position is that we do have impact, but I'm not sure we fully understand to what degree..... Oh, and there are people trying to make money off of it.

My scientific hypothesis is the same as it was in the beginning of this thread, our climate impact by way of CO2 is the equivalent of a gnats fart in a hurricane. You are welcome to debunk that. I suppose it cuts both ways, I could probably compile some data to try to back my theory.

My opinion on the climate phonies may increase my bias, but I’ve held the same hypothesis since before Al Gore stood before Congress and claimed the earth has a fever, and the parade of nonsense has only intrenched my position.

From a U.N. *global warming expert* in 1989.

entire nations could be wiped off the face of the Earth by rising sea levels if the global warming trend is not reversed by the year 2000

These are the type of folks that are leading the charge on this stuff. It makes it really hard for average folks to take them seriously.

Spot on. It often gets pointed out that sea levels have risen 8 inches in the last hundred years. That been a whipping post for alarmists for years. What they don’t like to tell you is that sea levels also rose 8 inches in the 1800s, and another 8 inches in the 1700s. LONG before the industrial revolution. Anybody that doubts it, can research it. It’s a documented fact.
