Educate me a bit on this ammo. Is it a plastic bullet or case?
It's both. It is a German, training ammo with a plastic bullet and Plastic case with a steel head. It is made for sub-200 yard training with the ability to not have to have a long backstop. After 200 yards, it is all but out of energy. Fun to train young ones with as it has no recoil and they can use a full size rifle. It also hits very similar to POA of regular 7.62.
