    Youtube. It’s free.

ak is pretty easy to disassemble. Probably the easiest rifle to field strip.

the above link^^^ is for BUIlDING an AK from parts kit, not field striping.

also that idiot uses screws in place of rivets.

anyone who uses screws to build and AK is a retard, and should not be taken for advice.

I believe the OP was asking about variants and there’s a decent list with info on such. I also believe the AR is easier to field strip...as opposed to field stripe?
Also the OP said disassembly/assembly. Nothing about field stripping, so...
I’d tell you what else I believe but I don’t want to offend you.

Assembly/disassembly does not translate to building an AK.

one would commonly think of it as taking the rifle apart for cleaning. Fully disassembly/ demilling of an Ak requires 12-20 ton press , drills etc..

Basic disassembly which is fairly simple, Take dust cover off, pull out recoil spring. Remove bolt carrier and bolt. Done.

Why would you offend me? I’m telling you what ever AK owner or builder would tell you.

Or are you butthurt I said people who do screw builds on an Ak are retards?

if the OP wants to build an AK, this video is probably one of the best vids in step by step process, not the dingbat tutorial above.

Good on you for actually offering something besides snide remarks about someone else’s post, sort of.
Sorry you don’t have what it takes to cause any butt hurt, but I don’t mind calling you out for trying. Please tell us how you weren’t asking for trouble.

And do you think there’s no degree of ‘disassembled’ between pulling the bolt carrier/recoil spring and drilling rivets out of the receiver? Is it possible a person may want to change a barrel or piston or any other part and has no need to press rivets into a receiver? Or I guess maybe you think he must start with a blank if he’s doing a build?

Are you indeed speaking for every AK builder out there?
I can’t say everything in the link I sent is THE way to build a AK but it’s as I described. Free and some good info. Especially on the variants, which is what the OP asked for.

My position stands. im just stating a fact. *****************************.

Pulling a barrel and taking a AK down for cleaning are apples and oranges.

one Takes incredibly more time and equipment and know how then the other.
Stating facts and offering info is fine. You might find it easier to do just that without trying to take a dump on someone’s post is all I’m saying. Easier than picking out something you don’t like about what I took the time to send to the OP. It would definitely keep things a lot more friendly around here.

I don’t see where your position offers anything at all to this thread
