    What we have here is just me looking at the freezer. As we keep stuff in there I FoodSaver Bags so it is easy to make whatever all ready portioned to make it easier.
    I had some Pork Loin I got on sale. Grabbed 3-4 of them and cut 1 into 2 to make smaller Pork Roast.
    The other 2-3 I made into pork medallions for pan use or with eggs in the morning. Hey, I am Cheap!
    Crystal pulled some out and I looked and grabbed {2} 1.5 packs of Shrimp tp go with it.
    2 cups Mushrooms. 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup. Half and Half {would that not be a whole?} 2 cans of Evaporated Milk {Pet Milk} 2 cups white onions chopped fine. 1/2 cup-was supposed to be like 2 tablespoons of tablespoons minced garlic. But it spilled so that much went in thank goodness we like garlic. Sea salt, fresh ground pepper, Splash of Powdered Crab Boil { We Buy a Bag and put it in a plastic shaker bottle that once held Black Pepper for ease of use} oh and Celery.
    Lastly, add in some grated parmesan cheese. Thined it out with some chicken broth mixed it up and let it marinate in a large bowl in the fridge.
    It is now on a slow bake at 350* and made traditional Dirty Rice with the exception of with half ground Angus and half Turkey {White and Dark} so it is less greasy {somewhat more healthy LOL }
