I used the Hornady FTX 200gr bullet and Reloader 7 powder for the one I had. I also loaded Hornady 200gr RNSP bullets and Speer 180gr FP bullets. Get you a good reloading manual or 2 to look up some loads or you can find reloading data online as well. I also used Leverevolution powder in the 35 Rem.
Here you go. I would only use these loads in a modern single shot or bolt gun. Maybe to hot for a lever gun. Published loads, but use at your own risk.
I have some older loading manuals, but we're at our weekend house so it'll be Monday or Tuesday before I can put hands on them. I'll let you know what I can dig up.
I have a T/C Contender carbine in 35 Rem that I use for primitive weapon season. I use the 200 grain Hornady FTX with Leverevolution powder. There is load data online. I've made multiple shots past 200 yards with this combination. It works really well. 100 yard accuracy under MOA.
