    Cooked some steaks on the Blackstone griddle this evening.

    Added a compound butter toward the end of the cook.

    Looking good as usual Sir. I urge every grill master to try Flinstone steaks at least once if you like them med rare to rare. Some people are calling it cave man grilled. Just throw a fat filet on some nice hardwood coals for a half minute each side. Grab it up, brush off whatever is hanging on with the escaping juices. Mighty tasty.

    This was just fresh green onion, minced garlic, parsley, fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt. Those were delicious steaks!

    Compound butter is a mixture of butter and seasonings like spices and or herbs used to give something like steak more flavor. Can be as simple as butter and cinnamon or honey and used on breads or much more complex seasonings. Almost endless........

    Looks amazing! I am a sucker for a good steak. If I could only eat one more meal a boneless ribeye cooked medium with a baked potato and pistolette roll would be it!
