    Not trying to dig up an old thread, but I'm down almost 90lbs from March doing OMAD. Eating good food, no sugar and very little carbs.

    May not be for everyone, but worked for me

    Gratz! Does this work for diabetes? I'm tired of shooting insulin.

    I told my wife that the ex was a much better cook. I’ve lost 22pounds in the last 45days and sight in my left eye. My leg cast comes off next week. I actually do my best to do the 16/8. I’ve lost ~15 in the last three months.

    I've been doing the 16:8 fast since last August. Lost about 15 pounds so far ... really happy with the results!

    I think he did Paleo, but that was a long time ago and I might be remembering wrong.
