    Looking for local Louisiana damascus knife makers, who will sell home made damascus knives.

    Specifically hunting/skinning knives and cooking or cleavers.

    Check out a Robert Lyons out of Slidell, I have a few of his, very nice gentlemen and very high quality work at a reasonable price!

    Look up Dan Graves Knifemaker Shreveport,La.

    Iíve taken a couple classes with him and have bought one of his knives.
    Iíll try to post a few pictures of what Iíve made because Iím pretty proud of it, but Dans work is top notch.

    Hopefully that link works, the top is my low layer twist damascus cleaver. Next two are San Mai construction and the last is a fighter that I bought from Dan.

    Mike has been gone probably 5 years. And I do miss him as a friend and his talent.
