I just finished watching the announcement.

It will be a Glock 19-sized pistol with a hybrid metal/polymer slide and a marksman barrel. Obviously the magazines will be unique to that gun, although I haven't seen any word about mag capacities yet. Based on what they said, this gun should work in any holster designed for the 19.

Gun will be available on 1/20/2020. No word on MSRP yet.

    MSRP is $430.

    Magazine capacity is 10 rounds.

This gun is nothing new. The patent has been around for a while.

When I first read the thread title, my initial thought was just what jerk was posting fake clickbait.
Then I saw it was JBP55 and knew it would be a truthful post.

Yup, I’ll get one as soon as I can get my hands on one.
Hope they produce a threaded barrel for it soon if they haven’t already done so.

    Thank you for the link.
    Of course, it’s metric. Damn.
I’m sure other manufacturers will make 1/2 28 versions.

    It includes a 1/2x28 adapter.

You will not be able to create a 1/2x28 barrel for this pistol without using an adapter, due to the diameter of the barrel hole in the slide.

    So the glock 22 is a .40
    The glock 40 is 10mm
    Glock 45 is 9mm
And the glock 44 is in .22

    Talking about missed opportunities

Is Glock still investing R&D in 10mm guns? I guess with the recent uptick in interest it's a possibility, but my guess is that they're going to focus on 9mm going forward ... as evidenced by the crossover and slimline guns all being centered around 9mm (Glock 42 excepted).
