    My major gripe with PSA is their slow shipping.

    I've ordered from them many times, and it's always the same slow shipping.

    That said: I've ordered from them many times, and continue to return to them.

    I stopped purchasing things in general from PSA when they sold items they didn't actually have on hand, without telling anyone it was backordered or out of stock.

    It took a while to get my money back.
