Winchester 97 12ga. pump. As I recall, the serial number indicates1911 production.Barrel has been cut down at some point in its history (18.5 inches measured externally, 19 inches measured from muzzle to breech face). Well worn old gun with a nice chocolate patina. Has old wire repair on the forend. Guy I got it from claimed he was running mini shells through it. I never shot it. Don't know how much useful life it has left in it, but it has a great look and feel.Kinda hate to part with it, but I just have too much stuff that just sits in the safe collecting dust.. So, up for sale it goes.
