So, I loved Funyuns as a kid. I mean come on, onion flavored rings?! What kid wouldn't love those?! Anyway, I haven't had them in many years. Anyone here still eat them occasionally? I just found out that a guy I've worked with for over three years is the son of the guy who invented Funyuns! How random is that? Apparently, his father worked for Frito Lay for a long time and pitched the idea to the higher-ups in the company. They loved it and ran with it. I guess the rest, as they say, is history. I think I'll make my way to the vending machine...

Liked them as a child but haven’t had them for many years.
Not something I’ll seek out but if they were readily available at a pot luck I’d definitely eat a few for nostalgia’s sake.

I like them Funyuns as well but don't seem them out, all of my kids have gone through the Funyuns stage where that's all they wanted.
Since we're talking nostalgia and chips, does anyone remember when Frito lay made sour cream and onion chips for a short run? I want to say it was about 40 years ago.

Yep I like the funions. It seems I’m have a problem. I apparently like fried and fatty foods a little too much. I’m a long way from Hambo, but I don’t want to die a young man either.
