I haven't had a chance to bring the rifle out to shoot it yet, but I do have the rifle built, and the optic mounted. if feels good in the hand, and dry firing in the backyard with the optic on, the dot is nice in both daylight and at night with backlighting from the house. if it holds zero as well as it feels solid, I have no doubts it will perform well....

What’s your preference between the Romeo5 and Romeo MSR?

I liked the Romeo 5 for sure. It comes with both mounts. I use the low mount to absolute co-witness with the flip sights on one of my little CX4 carbines and it’s fantastic. I’m sure they’re both great tho. I think the Romeo looks a little more streamline and I like the lens cover

When Sig's optics were initially released, I heard issues of wandering zeroes from various sources. Last time I heard of a wandering zero was about 2 years ago.

Since then I've seen more people take a liking to Sig and Holosun dots, so perhaps they've fixed whatever issues they had. I'm curious to hear how it works out for you. I like having cheaper options for range toys.
