I bought two pair of these around November and they’re on sale again so I’m buying 2 more pair. No need to upsize first waist as they’re dead on, outer fabric on top of a rubbery vinyl that is very tough and wears well.
Good zipper and hook closure with adjustable elastic and Velcro integrated belt, zip through pockets and a decent zipper back pocket.
I’m looking to see if I can find the matching jackets but they’re likely gonna be way more than these pants.

    How does the waist adjust?

Are they sized accurately, even factoring in wearing them over pants?
The waist size is accurate, given there’s a range. The pants are oversized otherwise to fit over regular pants, but they’d fit In the waist alone as advertised. Without regular pants underneath I think they’d make most butts look small.

First pic is the flight pants I usually wear when I need more rugged rain gear.
The rest are decent for deciding if they’re a good deal for you. Second pic is my wallet sitting atop one of the zippered back pocket liners. They’re huge and are reinforced with the nylon netting. The laminated inner coupled with whatever fabric this is has the weight of one of the more flimsy duffle bags or backpacks I’ve seen, but pretty dang tough for rain gear. I’ve only used one of the two pair I own for the past few outings and they’ve held up well to about 60 hours of on the go. Water bounces off the fabric so I’m not sure if it’s treated or it’s just some kind of nylon that looks like cloth.
