    I stuffed some thick pork chops with a cheesy spinach filling with Parmesan, pepperjack and mozzarella cheese. Coated them with panko bread crumbs and deep fried them to crisp up then into the oven they went until they were 145 degrees plus. Served with Cracker Barrel mac & cheese and carrots. Oh, also tossed some boudin balls into the hot oil.

    Also drizzled a garlic jelly glaze over the chops.
