    Alright, I tried the Detroit style pizza last night. Of course I don't have a dark pan so I used what I had. It came out good but I'm sure the cheese and crust caramelizing is what makes it better.
    I just used pepperoni for meat on this one.

    We had several cans of croissant dough so I decided to make a traditional pizza using the croissant dough for the crust. On this one was pepperoni and fresh Italian sausage(pre-cooked of course).

    These had chocolate chips and peanut butter in them. Sorry, only got a picture of them before baking.

    Yeah, sometimes you need the old well-used pan for the right outcome.
    Looks good though.

    By the way, what kind of pan are the brownies in?
    Never seen one like that.
