    Of course... never waste a good tragedy. No big gatherings equals no mass killings to tug on emotions to induce knee-jerk overreaction. So while the MSM is fixated on the flu and actively burying Democrat candidates’ incompetence, they’ll try again to sneak thru another updated version of the draconian (and completely ineffective) 1991 AWB.

    If you read this bill, you will see that this was written with the hopes to implement it in 2017 if Hillary had won. They even made the mistake of leaving 2017 in several places, namely the list of weapons banned by the "2017" bill.

    I’m sure that was intentional. Then they can backdate the ban. They get all the taxes from knee jerk buying, and they get to seize the stuff later for (maybe) pennies on the dollar, which will then be provided to foreign entities as part of an aid package. F&F Round 2?

    Am I reading correctly that there’s no “grandfathering” provision with respect to suppressors legally acquired prior to enactment?
