The last time I had the flu was... 2002. I recall because my supervisor was an Ohio State football fan and I was a Miami Hurricanes fan and they “won” the national title.
I recall taking oscillococcinum, Colloidal Silver, Probiotics, electrolyte drinks, A, Beta Carotene, C, D3, K, Zinc, Selenium & Grape Seed Extract.
Two days later all flu symptoms were gone and I had a head cold.
Mucinex will drain you like a water hose and two days later I felt fine.
So that’s my “flu recipe” with the addition of Elderberry Extract. There is the mushroom I bought but have not yet tried yet is supposed to strengthen the immune system as well.
I almost never catch a cold. I will get the beginnings of one and I just double the silver and usually in one day I’m fine.
