One was an Old Ideal {Pre Lyman} dated 1958 for 8mm Mauser. It was a gift years ago from a Moderator at Castboolts. But is just a single Cavity so was some work to make a pile. If it is "Free is it for Me" and I have time.
And one Mid-1970's for .457" Round Ball since I have a Ruger Old Army.
I normally clean them up and polish the cavities with a homemade felt buff shaped to the bullets shapes and then buff withy Black Emery and White Rouge.
Here is a shot of the Ball Mold after clean and heat treat and polish.
And now I have some really nice Balls.

Heres abiut 10 pounds of round balls. A life time supply.
As you can see the polishing work creates a very nice bullet finish and helps them drop out easy.
