Made burgers here tonight. I started to use the Blackstone griddle but had a gas flow issue so I resorted to cast iron on the gas grill.

Some had diced onions in them and some didn't.

Also made hand cut homemade fries. Mine was made simply with shredded cheddar cheese which is very unusal for me. Great juicy delicious burger!

    I made burgers yesterday.

80/20 with salt, pepper, and garlic smoked on the Weber Kettle with Pecan wood. Glazed with Tops BBQ sauce (Memphis local chain).

Topped with swiss and lettuce from the garden, tomatoes, Vidalia onion, dill pickles, mustard, ketchup, and left over spicy aoli (mayo, avocado oil, onion powder, and dried spicy peppers)..... served with Lays sour cream and onion potato chips, New Belgium Trippel and Voodoo.

I just had one of those Trippels this past weekend. Pretty good beer!

We made burgers at work earlier this week. One of my coworkers picked up seasoned ground meat from Don's Country store in Reserve. They make it with black and red pepper, garlic powder and salt. Not sure what else, but the burgers come out amazing....

Yes Sir! I don’t know many smells better than that beef and onion hitting a hot skillet. Gosh dang that looks tasty. I’m jealous. I hope you burped all night!

Nope, no burping all night but I did wake up thinking about having another one. These were each 5 oz of meat and about a 1/4 cup of diced onions smashed into the meat before cooking them.

Gus McCrae, that's a fine looking meal there for sure!
