I paneed some pork loin chops pounded thin and seasoned.

Served with garlicky Angel Hair pasta Alfredo, honey buttered carrots and leftover rolls from last night.

Need to make more of the sauce next time!

So I guess that you may not know that this is a sacred Midwestern dish, but it is and you are a wonderful person to make it. Put it in a bun with all of the dressings and you have a great sandwich. I do miss breaded pork tenderloin sandwichs a lot.

Thanks! This would've been perfect for a sandwich. It was so darn tender! Usually I cook more than we need and have leftovers. Not this time. That is on the "to do" menu though.
