So this will be my first 6mm Creedmoor. After a crap ton of research and narrowing down and sweating it I pulled the trigger on the Bergara HMR Pro. The only thing I didn’t like is that Bergara has the ugliest finishes in the world on their stocks on the HMRs. This one started out looking like a black corian countertop. Spent a day going over it and this is the result. Various shades of Louisiana mud. Much better in my opinion. Now to see if it will shoot. Currently wearing a loaner scope and cheap bipod from my .22 till the permanent scope and bipod arrive. Here’s a before and after.

I got a HMR in 6.5 Creedmoor in the fall. After going through some reloaded ammo I have found a round that it likes. A co-worker got a HMR Pro in .300 Win. Mag. and it shoot awesome groups with factory ammo right out of the box. My HMR didn't shoot factory ammo all that well. From my experience with reloading for my rifle it likes bullets stretched out.

Congrats on the new rifle. From my experience you will love it.
