Just changed out one of my 10-22 barrels from a 3 lb 1 oz butler creek to a 14.6 oz tactical solutions x ring barrel. Cut over 2 lbs from it. Need more projects.

I’ve seen deer bypass some interesting defenses. You think a string will stop them?

It is for the deer that roam the neighborhood, yes neighborhood. I have 6-7 that show up each night. The string is not the best defense for them but it does cut down on them walking through the garden. I main problem with the deer is them eating the wife's rose bushes, she is pissed as the eat all of the new blooms.

I've seen deer in downtown BR. That doesn't surprise me.

Porch swing finally gave up. I never built a porch swing before, but I can copy paste pretty good.
So, tear this down for a pattern I reckon..

Cut all the pieces I need from the old swing pieces. I literally traced and bandsaw cut the curved pieces and just ran the rest on the table saw.
Gotta sand down all the edges too. No butt splinters for this guy.

Just gotta finish the hardware and run the chain set through it, then hang it in place of the old one.

Tomorrow when my mash is ready I got another project to start on. Hope you guys are making the most of your days off.

Thanks man. Piece of cake. I kept the old pieces since I spent so much time denailing and cleaning them up. I’ll most likely build a couple more since it’s so cheap to turn them out compared to buying one. Me and my son spent almost an entire day doing it but I’m sure we wasted a lotta time in the process, lol.

I have an old house built in 44 with ''war wood'',Needs to come down.

Full of spiffy worm, bug eaten wood,

You can see the saw blade marks and probably mostly pine although during that time even Gum trees were used for the war effort.

Free!!! One will have to assume all liability if you want it,Cause I'm broke with no insurance at all.

I worked the whole time, but did get a chance to do a few things,

Broke out all of my hk roller gun parts, organized and started ordering the small parts I needed.
Practiced bending a hk flat. Then bent 3 more and welded them up
Assembled a complete mp5 pistol for a buddy
    Machined up a few fixtures
    Painted a few aks
Built a ar pistol for my neighbor
    Did a few gun trades
Bought a golf cart, stripped it down and painted it.
Built my wife new outdoor seating, 2 chairs and a 3 seat sofa
Cleaned the garage and got it messy again
    Watched a few movies
