I'm in no contest with anyone but myself.
For me this has been a welcome relief from work. I have almost 47 years of automotive repair under my belt. One year until retirement. After having this break it's going to be tough returning to the 7:30 to 5:30 routine.
The thing I enjoy the most is after a days work sitting outside in this wonderful spring we are having, popping a top on a couple of beers, kicking off my boots and chillin with my wife
I'm a pistol packing vegetarian. I believe in keeping my options open.

Replaced the deck metal on a rotary cutter and fixed the lift pin holes. PITA
Finally got around to making a faucet for my work sink.
Repaired the weather vane that came from my deceased mothers place,
Trailered my brothers BMW K1200GT from Lafayette to repair the leaking rear seal.
Replaced the rear main seal on my neighbors Rubicon.
Building a metal mail box post with a decorative sun and moon twist. Used a ring gear and square nails.
Finally got to shoot my Single Six.
Finished a ton of honey do's.
We grow some produce and have a couple of acres of yards so lots of attention there.
I'm ready to go back to work.

    Thanks.
I saved some ring gears for 20/30 years thinking it would make a good wind chime. They carry a note well. Might have to add that to my to do list.

I’ve been wide open at work, but on the weekends I have no real social obligations, so I’ve:

    Framed and addition
    Rebuilt a disc harrow
    Cleaned the garage
    Repaired/repairing my camper
Still fabbing a brush guard for my Polaris.
    Built a chicken coup
    Took my kids fishing

For the record the answer is, no! I can’t sit still.

I am still employed full time but due to it being slow and the anticipated ramp up when this passes over they are encouraging us to take time off now so seeing as I have a metric shit ton of vacation time I have been taking Mondays off and this week and next taking 3 days off. So here is what I have been up to with m y limited time off.

cleaned up the pond so it looks nice again.
Cleaned up the yard so summertime maintenance will be easier.
In the process of building a chicken coop.
redoing the dirt area around the drainage ditch in front of our house so it is easier to mow and keep up.
Finished my 5.56 SBR and got it sighted in with the suppressor.
Spent a bunch of time playing with the kids seeing as it has been so nice outside.
    BBQing like a fiend.
