    Anyone need a side job to supplement their normal income? I’m looking to save a few bucks over the usual labor charges. I can pick up the new water heater and get this one drained before you come out to help save $$$.

    Make sure you change the supply lines too !!
    If it's a natural gas water heater DO NOT buy anything with a Honeywell control valve . They are absolutely trash !
    I personally only buy State Water heaters from Coburns Plumbing supply.
    They sell a state heaters with no control valve
