Would a weak sear spring cause a semi auto rimfire pistol to fire in burst?
I have a High Standard Supermatic 107 that has started to fire in burst. I’m wondering if the sear spring needs to be replaced or if I need a new hammer and/or sear.
Attached is the contact between the hammer and sear.
What do I need to have done to fix it?
