Use one of the plastic storage bins made for putting under a bed (long and flat). I have used this and can prop the edge up so you do not need to fill it up. I use a 4"X42" PVC pipe when boiling off rust bluing and know that it takes almost 2 gallons to fill it to the top. Using the tilted flat plastic storage bin, I was able to soak my shotgun in 1 qt of EvapORust. Also handy for hot water and degreaser cleaning and stock stripping as well. Just hose it out when done.....
