I used the Blackstone to cook two different kinds of Jimmy Dean sausage. One was regular and one was hot. For the regular I added diced potatoes. For the Hot I added diced potatoes, a little diced tomatoes, diced onions and finely diced jalapeno pepper.

Then I cooked the eggs on the Blackstone as well. Probably spent about 35 minutes doing actual cooking.

Accouterments included shredded cheddar, shredded Pepperjack cheeses, diced Roma tomatoes, finely diced jalapeno pepper and an assortment of hot sauces and cilantro.

I made two for myself but after eating those this was sooo..... good I went back for a third one.

    These were much enjoyed!!!!!
