Among my many favorites, The Gods Must be Crazy is one I can think many here might not have seen, but is well worth your viewing. It is one of the funniest you'll ever see, but may be a little dated now (it's from the early 80's).
That's a good one you will never see again on TV. Some way it would be called racest. But it was very funny.

    ^Good movie...

So many good movies. Wanted: Dead or Alive is another old action movie most haven't seen. Rutguer Hauer, Gene Simmons, Robert Guillaume. Not great, but good. It had some great lines.

    How about V for Vendetta?

On the western genre... Young Guns is always fun.

    Hammond
On the Beach (saw it as a little kid, messed me up for life)
    Mad Max (the original)
    A Boy and his Dog.

Yeah, got kind of a theme going there...

Also, Reservoir Dogs and Dr. Strangelove get honorable mentions.

Do any of you remember the name of a WWII movie about Marines in the Japanese Theater where one of the main characters removed any gold teeth he came across on dead Japanese soldiers?

I am pretty sure it was early 50's. Don't remember any of the title actors though.

I recall it was quite explicit and graphic, probably too anti-Japanese to be shown today, but I would like to see it again if anyone knows the name?!?

I don't know about a 50's movie but I seem to remember one of the characters in the 2010 mini-series 'Pacific' doing that.

I've seen these two movies more times than I am willing to admit.
