Lonesome Dove and Band Of Brothers are two that I watch at least once a year from start to finish and will pick up on and watch one or more episodes anytime I come across them on.

Other than those I am pretty much a western movie guy. Open Range, True Grit, Cheyenne, Wanted Dead Or Alive, Gunsmoke Etc.

I’ll throw in Blazing Saddles as my favorite comedy. Good luck making that movie in 2020. Might as well be Jesus cuz you’ll get crucified as the masses cheer on your death

I saw an interview with Mel, and he said that after the scrip was read by a few they said they would back him but that it would kill his movie making. That after it hit the theater's he would never work again ever.
He said what saved it and made it so funny was that he left no race untouched and that comedy is that that you can laugh at your self.
    No stone was left unturned.
The History of the World Part One was good as well.
