Based on what I have read and found on this Mosin Nagant 91-30. it was made in 1925 by Izhevsk and is what is known to Mosin collectors as an Ex-Dragoon. It is all matching serial numbers.
Trade value is around $500 due to age and somewhat rarity.
I can say that I do not believe this was ever issued or fired based on the bolt face and condition. It is 95 years old and I could be wrong but it truly is very nice.
It does come with bayonet.
