    How thick is the material?

Finding a shop with a laser table may be better if it's just thin gauge.

Thanks for the responses. It will probably be 1/8". Not sure if i want to use steel are aluminum. I am building a custom gauge cluster for a project truck i am working on.

Something that thin could easily be done with the laser. CMW On hooper has an $80 min fee I believe.

If the holes aren’t too large a drill press at home would work as well.

A hole saw on a drill press would work. I have cut holes that size in 1//4 inch steel that way. Material needs to be clamped to the table and cutting oil used. !/8" aluminum is a breeze. Put a piece of plywood under the metal and use a hole saw designed for metal. You could even do it with a hand drill on aluminum.

Louisiana Cutting Off Airline Hwy is a good friend of mine. He does water, plasma, and oxyfuel. cutting. They are a professional shop that is staffed every day and have quick turnaround. Also if you haven't bought your metal yet he has lots in stock. If you already have a cad drawing that's even better.
If you don't mind plasma Warrior Welding and Fabrication is another friend of mine, you can find him on FB. He has a home shop and is part time but again does good work. If you already have your material and are not in a rush that's who I would go with.
