On Sunday I cooked a couple of pounds of white beans for dinner here last night. Then yesterday afternoon I whipped up some homemade biscuits to go with the beans.

These biscuits were fantastic! I'll be having one or two for breakfast in the morning!

So what's it gonna take to get that biscuit recipe?

This recipe has more to it than just flour, milk and butter or lard but they are really good. It's not that complicated just because it calls for more ingredients.
    Here's a link to the recipe...... https://www.momontimeout.com/perfec...AW8bUBy8hm4siR8huTLZLPEnyvfHZkC_f6HuNXTv95TTw

Now here are a few tips that I do:

I put the butter in the freezer about half to one hour then I shred the butter and mix it into the dry ingredients(which if I have time I prepare in the mixing bowl and put the whole bowl in the freezer to chill)and place in the freezer until chilled. This keep the butter cold and helps when everything is mixed together and kneaded and biscuits cut. Cold is better! form the dough and cut biscuits, place on pan and bake.
