    I make a Creamy Mac N Cheese Casserole but this time added chicken, onions, garlic, bell peppers, and celery 12oz. of chopped mushrooms. And a splash of Cajun seasoning. It has 3 types of cheese 2 types stirred into the mix and a 3rd on top
    Might be too much for a normal home but my son will eat it up. How can a 22-year-old eat so much and be thin?
    Again I did not even try and make it pretty And went I how it tastes. As what I do at freeze half after cool in an aluminum pan with lid as store-bought lasagna comes. And replate the other half in a nice dish to serve.

    Looks and sounds good to me!

    Thanks, I was unable to put it in a nice serving dish before my wife grabbed some of the well-done cheese areas. When I make a ton I normally take half and save it and put the other half in a nice dish so I can soak the dish or pan I baked in
    Hard to go wrong with anything that has onions, garlic, bell peppers, and celery, and chopped mushrooms
