Quick DNS lookup says the domain name was created on 7/3/2020 so that's a very new business setup. Their SSL certificate matches that date as when the website started running. The person who registered that domain name has all their personal information hidden and instead show data for "PrivacyGuardian.org".
Their "Contact Us" page - https://caseyfirearms.com/contact/ - is just a web form. No email address, mailing address, or phone number. A real company wouldn't be trying to hide who they are and avoid people trying to contact them.
I ran a google search on "caseyfirearms.com" and there's not really much out there. I found two posts on other sites pretty much saying it's a scam and to avoid it.

On the reddit post I linked the guy got this address from them in the chat: 3902 Pacific Coast Hwy, Torrance, CA 90505, United States
Someone looked up the FFL and found one at that address: 9 33 037 01 2C 07444 CROSSHAIRS USA ENTERPRISES LLC CROSSHAIRS GUN STORE 3902 PACIFIC COAST HWY STE D TORRANCE CA 90505
They have a website set up at https://crosshairsgunstore.com/ and have a contact number of +1 (866) 927 4668 which doesn't match the one they gave you.
I mean if you need any more evidence that it's a scam company just create an account with a fake email address (they don't check it) and try to check out with an item. They don't accept any traceable payment that you can get a refund on. The only way this could be more of a scam is if they're asking for payment with gift cards.

If there's no actual gun involved, I don't think the ATF cares. Would probably fall under the FBI Internet Crime area but I'm not sure if you can report it unless you actually lost money? Not exactly sure how it works. https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
