Seems to be in decent shape. Anybody have an experience witness older Brownings?

What to look for good and bad? Is there a market for them? Any regional (I am in Metairie) experts on them I could touch base with?

Thanks in advance for any help.

There’s a market for them. Ones in good shape can fetch a decent price but they can very pretty wildly. From $200 up to one like ajk posted a link to.

    Can you post pics?

I’ve got 3 different models and have seen several others of the vintage a5s. The one you have has the trigger in front of the trigger guard vs at the rear of it.

Also noteworthy is the lack of scroll work in the receiver. I’m still looking through the books I have.

As noted above you could prolly submit info to one of the online sites and get an estimate of value.
